libirc-formatting-html-perl software package provides Perl module for converting between HTML and IRC formatting, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libirc-formatting-html-perl
libirc-formatting-html-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libirc-formatting-html-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libirc-formatting-html-perl *
You will get with libirc-formatting-html-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
